Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is ask for help together

Relationships are hard. Not because something is wrong with you, but because two people with different histories, needs, and ways of seeing the world are trying to build something together. When it stops working, it does not mean it is over.

Couples therapy at held gives you both a space to speak and be heard, with someone who is genuinely on the side of the relationship.

You might be here because...

• You keep having the same argument without resolving anything

• Something has happened that has damaged trust

• You feel like flatmates rather than partners

• You are going through a big transition, a new baby, a bereavement, a career change

• You love each other but struggle to connect

• One of you is neurodivergent and it is affecting your dynamic

• You are not sure whether to stay together, and you want to think it through properly

Led by Elina Demurger-Jones

Our couples work is led by Elina Demurger-Jones, a qualified therapist with particular experience in relationship work. Elina brings warmth, directness, and a genuine commitment to helping couples find their way forward, whether that means rebuilding, reconnecting, or making a considered decision about the future.

Sessions are 90 minutes, usually fortnightly, and take place at our Haywards Heath centre.
