Karen Hanson, Counsellor and Psychotherapist at held, with long brown hair, blue eyes, and a necklace with a heart-shaped pendant, wearing a blue floral patterned top.

Hi, I’m Karen Hanson

When life is difficult it can be hard to navigate it alone. We can feel overwhelmed, stuck, lost or unsure of how to move forward. In therapy, I offer a supportive place where you can explore what is happening and begin to understand it more clearly. My approach often entails looking at both your current challenges and the earlier experiences that may be shaping them. This can support gaining insight, managing emotions and developing a kinder relationship with yourself and so support you moving forward in your relationship with yourself, others and life situations that you find yourself in.
