You are not broken.
You are different.
And that matters
Being neurodivergent in a world designed for a different kind of brain is exhausting. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or you are still working out what is going on, therapy can help you understand yourself better, manage the things that feel hardest, and stop blaming yourself for the way you are wired.
At held, we work with neurodiversity in a way that is affirming rather than corrective. We are not here to make you fit a mould. We are here to help you live better as yourself.
We can support...
• Adults with ADHD, diagnosed or undiagnosed
• People navigating a late diagnosis of autism or ADHD
• Those waiting for a formal assessment and needing support now
• People who suspect they may be neurodivergent and want to explore that
• Partners and family members of neurodivergent people
• Neurodivergent couples working through relationship dynamics
We provide therapy, not assessment
We want to be clear: held is a therapy centre, not a diagnostic service.
We do not offer ADHD or autism assessments. What we offer is skilled, neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic support, both for people awaiting assessment and for those who already have a diagnosis and want help with what comes next.
